Youth Programs
Connected Communities offers after-school, weekend and summer programs to youth living in Maryland. Our programs include group counseling, mentorship, recreational activities, and parent training groups.
Group Therapy
Connected Communities offers group therapy in a variety of areas such as:
substance abuse, mental health, re-entry and youth groups.
Young Adult Parent Training
Many young adults found themselves becoming parents, but do not have anyone to help them develop healthy parenting skills. Connected Communities offers parents the training and resources that they needed to raise happy healthy children. Parent training is open to all parents and guardians.
Mental Health Therapy and Counseling
Connected Communities provides both group and individual counseling services. This allows clients to focus on their individual needs. They are able to work with a therapist that specializes in the particular area they want to address.
Substance Abuse Therapy
Connected Communities offers substance abuse therapy programs. These programs help members sustain recover from drug, alcohol and other addiction. These programs offer a safe environment that allows for sharing among peers, which provides the opportunity to create support networks needed to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
Re-entry Programs
Connected Community offers various programs that help citizens reintegrate into the community. These programs include employment assistance, housing assistance, social reintegration, and family acclimation counseling.
